Run the business. Live the life.

A custom dashboard that handles the daily grind — built around how your business actually works. Not a template. Not a SaaS. Yours.

The grind

Sound familiar?

If any one of these was yesterday for you, you're not the problem. The way your business is set up is.

01

Closing at 8. Still working at 10.

You shut the doors hours ago. Now you're at the kitchen table, reconciling till receipts against the bank app, knowing tomorrow starts at 6.

02

Four places. Zero agreement.

Yesterday's takings are in the till. The week's bookings are in your inbox. Stock is in a notebook. None of the numbers match — and you don't have time to find out why.

03

Sunday is for reports, apparently.

Every month-end you lose a weekend pulling figures together for the accountant. By Monday you've forgotten why you started.

What we actually do

Three things. Done well.

We don't pretend to do everything. One custom dashboard, built around how your business actually works, then kept in shape as it changes.

01 · Bespoke

Built around how you work.

No templates. We start by mapping your week, then build the screen that fits it — not the other way round.

TAKINGS£2,847BOOKINGS9
02 · Unified

Every number that matters, on one screen.

Your takings, bookings, stock, and tasks — pulled out of the four files they live in now, into one place. Live.

03 · Ongoing

We stay on after launch.

Small businesses change. The dashboard changes with you — month after month, not a "build and disappear".

How it works

Four steps. No black box.

Custom software gets a bad name because owners are kept in the dark while the work happens. We don't do that. Here's exactly what week looks like what.

01Week 1

We listen first.

A first call, then a few days watching your week — your till, your inbox, your "where's that note I made". We don't propose anything until we understand what your week actually looks like.

You get → a one-page summary of your week, in your words.
02Week 2

We write it down.

A short, plain-English spec naming every screen, every number, every workflow we'll build — plus an actual estimate to complete the project. You sign off before a single line is written.

You get → a plan in English, a fixed price, and a real timeline.
03Weeks 3 – 4

We build it. You watch.

A two-week build window. You see progress every Friday — not one big reveal at the end. Changes during the build are part of the price, not change orders.

You get → weekly progress demos. A live dashboard at the end.
04Month 2 onwards

Then we stick around.

A flat monthly support fee covers iteration. Your business changes — so does the dashboard. No "phase 2 project". Just a quiet, ongoing relationship.

You get → us, every month. No surprise invoices.
*

This is the shape of most engagements — the timing, scope and rhythm we see with the majority of clients. Every business is different, so the exact weeks, deliverables and ongoing support are tailored to your situation and confirmed in writing during step 02.

Compared honestly

Three options. One that's built for you.

If you're running a small business, you're already considering one of these. Here's the same six questions, answered for each — honestly.

Built for you
Enorus

Custom Enorus dashboard

Bespoke build, ongoing support.

01 · Fit to your workflow
Built exactly around how you already work.
02 · One place for everything
One screen, every number that matters, live.
03 · Setup time
About 4 weeks, with us doing most of the lift.
04 · Pricing model
Fixed-price build + a flat monthly support fee.
05 · Who owns the data
You own it, we manage it.
06 · When the business changes
We change it with you.
The old way

Spreadsheets & inbox

The four-files-and-a-notebook setup.

01 · Fit to your workflow
You decide everything — but you also build everything.
02 · One place for everything
Numbers live in five files and one inbox.
03 · Setup time
"Free" — but how long did you actually spend on it?
04 · Pricing model
Free to start. Costly to maintain.
05 · Who owns the data
You — until the file gets corrupted.
06 · When the business changes
You rebuild it again.
Off-the-shelf

Generic SaaS

A platform built for everyone.

01 · Fit to your workflow
Designed for "every business" — which means yours, kind of.
02 · One place for everything
Most of what you need — plus a lot you don't.
03 · Setup time
Fast to sign up, slow to make it fit.
04 · Pricing model
Per-seat creep every time you hire someone.
05 · Who owns the data
The SaaS vendor. Always.
06 · When the business changes
You wait for the vendor's roadmap.

None of these are wrong. They're just not always the best fit for a small business with its own way of working.

The real thing

One screen. Every number that matters.

Today's takings, this week's chart, the four to-dos, the three things running low — all in one place. Live.

Representative example. We don't share other customers' live dashboards — but this is close to what a real one looks like. Yours will be tailored to your business, your tools, and the numbers that matter to you.
Pulled from your real tools. Square, Stripe, Xero, your bank, your booking system.
Yours to change. Three numbers wrong for your business? We swap them — no release cycle.

This week's takings.

Monday is closed — the dashboard knows. Sundays compare to Sundays, not Tuesdays.

3 Today's to-do

Not a project board. Four things, plain English, sorted by what's actually overdue.

FAQ

Eight questions before you book a call.

We don't publish a rate card — every build is different, so we only price once we know what we're building. Below are the questions owners actually ask before working with a startup: how we price, what happens if things move, and why we're the right pair of hands.

01

What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?

+

That's normal — that's what the free discovery call is for. We map out your week, your tools, and your pain points, and turn them into a one-page brief. You leave the call with a clearer brief whether you hire us or not.

02

How do you price the work if there's no rate card?

+

We don't quote until we know what we're building. After the discovery call we send a fixed-price quote on one page — plain English, no hourly billing, no surprise line items. If the scope shifts later, we quote the difference in writing before anyone touches a keyboard.

03

Why fixed price instead of hourly?

+

Because hourly billing rewards us for going slow. A fixed price means we're paid to finish. If we underestimated, that's our problem — not yours. You see the total on day one and it doesn't move unless you move the scope.

04

What happens if the build runs over?

+

You pay what we quoted. Full stop. If a delay is on our side, we eat it. If you change scope mid-build, we'll quote the difference in writing first — you sign off before we touch a keyboard.

05

What happens after the build is live?

+

Monthly support is included. Small changes are part of the fee, not a separate ticket queue. Bigger features get their own fixed quote. No "request a quote" wall, no per-hour meter running in the background.

06

Can I start small and add more later?

+

Yes — most clients start with a single dashboard and grow it over a year. We design the first build with that path in mind, so you're never rebuilding what you already paid for just to add the next thing.

07

Why not just use Monday, Notion, or a generic CRM?

+

Honestly — if those work for you, use them. We won't try to talk anyone out of cheap-and-good-enough. Enorus is for when you've already tried two or three of them and ended up with three subscriptions, two spreadsheets, and a weekly rhythm that still doesn't match the way your business actually runs.

08

Why not just hire a freelancer or a bigger agency?

+

Freelancers can be brilliant — but they're one person juggling clients, with no UK company behind them when something goes wrong. Enorus is a UK-registered company: a real contract, an address you can chase. Bigger agencies have all that too — but you're paying for project managers, account leads, and overhead that has nothing to do with your build. We sit between the two: accountable like an agency, priced closer to a freelancer, and tailored to your business in a way neither of them has time for.

— Your question isn't here?Email us directly. One reply, within a working day.
— A short note · before you leave

Not sure if Enorus is right for you? Let's find out together.

Thanks for reading this far. If you're still here, something on the page probably nudged a thought you've been turning over for a while — a spreadsheet that's quietly grown teeth, a tool that almost fits, a week that never quite settles. We've been there too. That's the reason Enorus exists.

Here's how we'd like to help. Book a free 30-minute call. One of us will spend it asking questions about how your business really works — the bits that never fit neatly into a brief. By the end, you'll have one of three honest answers:

Yes — let's build something together.
No — you don't need us, and here's why.
Maybe later — but first, here's the one thing to fix, and you can do it without us.

"Whichever answer it turns out to be, you'll leave the call with something useful to do on Monday morning — not a proposal in your inbox three weeks later."

No slides. No discovery fee. No follow-up sales sequence. If we don't hear back, we'll assume the answer was a quiet "no" — and that's completely fine. We'd rather you walked away with a clear head than signed something that doesn't quite fit.

If a call feels like a lot, just write us a paragraph. One of us will write a paragraph back, within a working day. No mailing list, no funnel. Just a reply.
